I said I’d never start a Substack. Here I am.
For years, I’ve had multiple fiction projects going. At least two novels are sitting in a drawer, one complete but bad and the other good but needing its third act fixed. And there’s a third novel that is my current WIP (more on that later). I thought I could get that novel out this year, but in truth it needs steady and not frenetic work. It’ll be another year.
Meanwhile, these other novels keep banging around my head, and more stories keep coming to mind. And the world keeps on getting wilder and wilder, and I thought, Ain’t no way I’ll be able to write whatever I want in five years. To publish as I please. Ain’t no way.
So I’m going to get what I’ve got out to the world, and I’ll start here. Not sure what that looks like yet, but if you follow me, I promise it’ll be worth your while.
